Feng Shui architectural design from scratch – home planning and energy layout

Every home has its own story. One wraps you in a feeling of warmth and comfort the moment you step inside. Another feels cold, restless, and subtly unsettling. The difference isn’t in the expensive finishes or the stylish furniture. It’s in how the house sits on the land, how it greets the sun, and how it receives and circulates the energy from its surroundings.

When a home is still on the drawing board, you have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. This is the moment to build a strong energetic foundation. On the architect’s plan, everything is still possible. We can select the optimal plot, orient the front door to the perfect degree, and arrange the rooms so that vital Chi energy flows gently, nourishing the inhabitants rather than draining them.

With an existing home, your options are often limited. Sometimes, it’s easier and more effective to build anew than to try and fix deep-seated energetic problems. This is your chance to get it right from the very beginning.

You’re choosing a plot. You’re interviewing architects. You’re dreaming about the layout. In these moments, you are shaping the future not just of a building, but of the lives that will unfold within it.

A home designed without considering the flow of energy is a gamble. Perhaps you’ll get lucky. Perhaps you won’t. But the stakes are too high to leave to chance: the family’s health, the harmony of your relationships, your financial stability, the quality of your sleep and daily recovery. A home designed with Feng Shui is not an expense; it’s an investment in your family’s quality of life for decades to come.

No house exists in a vacuum. It sits on a piece of land, influenced by its surroundings—the terrain, water features, roads, and neighbouring buildings.

We conduct a detailed assessment of:

The shape of the plot: Determining if its form is inherently supportive or problematic.

The immediate environment: Analysing the impact of neighbouring structures, roads, and bodies of water.

Topography and water flow: Understanding the direction of slopes and how water (and energy) moves across the land.

Land quality: Evaluating how energy enters and distributes itself across the site.

The precise orientation of the main facade, the exact degree on a compass—dictates the type of energy your home will draw from its environment. The main entrance is the ‘mouth’ of the house, the primary portal for Chi. Its direction must be carefully calculated to be in harmony with both the current time period and the Kua numbers (birth data) of the residents.

Every room carries a specific type of energetic frequency. The planning stage is where we either create a blueprint for support and wellbeing, or unknowingly set the stage for future difficulties. Here’s what’s really at stake with the placement of key rooms.

The Bedroom: You spend 6–8 hours every night in your most vulnerable state. That’s over 2,000 hours a year of being completely open to the energies of your space. The location of your bedroom and the direction of your bed can be the difference between restorative sleep and chronic health issues. Correct placement helps safeguard against:

Serious, long-term illnesses, which can be triggered by specific, adverse star combinations (for instance, the 2/5 or 5/2 combination in a bedroom is a classic indicator of future health problems).

Fertility challenges, as certain energetic configurations can block conception.

Marital discord and divorce, where specific stars create an atmosphere of tension, resentment, or infidelity.

Chronic fatigue, depression, and a general sense of being drained.

The Children’s Room: A child’s room lays the energetic foundation for their health and psychological development. A well-placed room can foster growth and learning, while a poorly placed one can create obstacles. We work to prevent:

Developmental delays caused by exposure to stagnant or “dead” energy.

Persistent illnesses, a weakened immune system, and constant coughs and colds.

Behavioural issues like hyperactivity or, conversely, apathy and a lack of motivation to learn.

Strained relationships with parents and a higher risk of developing dependencies in the teenage years.

The Kitchen, Bathroom, Home Office, Entryway… Every single space matters. The kitchen affects the family’s wealth and nourishment, the office your clarity and decision-making, the bathroom how energy is drained from the home.

By intervening at the design stage, we proactively arrange the layout to neutralise the risks mentioned above. You get a home where:

  • You can sleep deeply in the master bedroom, confident you’re not ingraining health problems.
  • Your children can thrive in a nursery or bedroom that actively supports their growth.
  • Meals prepared in the kitchen are truly nourishing, and the family’s resources are sustained.
  • You can work in your home office with clarity, making sound decisions.
  • The main entrance welcomes only supportive and beneficial energies into your life.

This isn’t “feel-good Feng Shui.” This is preventative planning. It’s about avoiding the major life problems that no amount of interior decorating can fix later.

Initial Contact: Reach out via WhatsApp at +38098 558 09 58 or email zhuravel.fengshui@gmail.com. Tell me about your project: where the plot is, what you envision, and what stage you’re at.

Material Review: I will study the materials. If you have a plot, send me the coordinates, photos, and any site plans. If you’re still searching, we can discuss the criteria for a supportive piece of land.

Consultation & Site Visit: We’ll meet online for an initial discussion and preliminary recommendations. Following this, I will conduct an in-person visit to the site.

Receive Your Report: You will receive a comprehensive report with my full analysis and clear, practical recommendations for every stage, from the foundations to the roof.

Ongoing Support: I can accompany your project through to completion, offering guidance to ensure the Feng Shui principles are correctly implemented. The goal is the moment you finally walk through the door and feel it in your bones: “This is my home. This is where I belong.”

A home built with an understanding of energy becomes more than just a building. It becomes a sanctuary. A place of power and peace. A place you are always happy to return to.
